Anne Jourdan
Anne Jourdan is a former K-12 educator who transitioned from the classroom into work within an environmental education nonprofit organization in Canada. Her primary role was the development of grade specific environmental education programs. This experience in the nonprofit arena led her to develop an interest and expertise in financial and programmatic grant management. She began her association with Zender Group when she served Alaska tribes as a grant management capacity building technician for Alaska Intertribal Council. With a mission to serve tribes, both organizations collaborated on many grant funded projects in the support of tribes. Upon leaving Alaska, she oversaw the programmatic and financial management and compliance of large grants at Lewis & Clark College, Portland Oregon. Now retired, she lives in rural Oregon, enjoying a big garden and her favorite place, her studio.
