Susan Jane Fowler

Jane Fowler is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Microbiology at Simon Fraser University, Canada. She received her PhD in 2014 from the University of Calgary on methanogenic oil biodegradation and completed a postdoc’ in Environmental Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark. Her research focuses on biological water treatment and the ecology of the microbial communities that are instrumental in these processes.
